I upgraded my iPhone and when it did the contact transfer, it transferred *everyone* I had ever contacted via email. That was about 150 unnecessary contacts that I had to delete!!

Unlike other apps that wont let you delete contacts unless you get the paid version, this one helps you get rid of them for nothing. Highly recommended.
