Rly nice app

This app just cut my contacts in half! Unreal.

Very easy to use. Almost works by itself...kind if dies. Click to analyze contacts and find duplicates. It this scan very quickly...another click and it automatically merged all duplicate entries in my address book. I didnt even break a sweat doing all that cleaning!!!

When I used this before, it worked. Now it doesnt. It didnt recognize a lot of duplicates I had. Okay, no problem, I will manually merge them. Except that doesnt work either! If you select which contacts to merge, it jumps to you a merged contact, which looks great. Then you click "Done" and nothing happens! Im disappointed in whatever changed to make this not work.

Was looking for a merge program to help make the problem of duplicate contacts easier, and it looks like I need to keep looking because this app only caught a dozen duplicates when I know I have literally over a thousand. Back to the drawing board.

It finds some duplicates but not a lot. Doesnt recognize names or email addresses even when they are unique

For everyone who says this doesnt work/doesnt find all the duplicate contacts: Thats not really accurate. Go to "Analysis level" in the settings section and make sure everything is selected, otherwise the program wont merge "John Smith" with "John S" even if all the contact info is the same (and some other things...basically it only merges if the complete name matches and they have the same email/phone/etc). Also, and maybe this is more important, the program defaults to NOT merging across sources. Go into "advanced settings" within "settings" and select "Merge across sources", otherwise "John Smith" with exactly the same info as "John Smith" wont be merged because one is a google contact and one is an icloud contact. After making those changes, everything worked great, and all my duplicates were appropriately merged. So yeah, it doesnt work immediately with the default settings...but click just a few basic options (free) on and it works fabulously.

One of the only apps that just merges your contacts without trying to get you to buy the pro version. Awesome.

It reduced my contacts by half!!! I had couple of thousand entries of empty contacts, which didnt show on any of my source accounts for the contacts. In couple of minutes the app found and merged all of these contacts. I then could delete the merged empty contacts, and it updated my phone book.

Took a couple analysis passes to finally get all duplicates merged but big help. Went from 9000+ to 234. No one can explain how some contacts repeated several hundred times but problem solved. Recommended if only to release frustration.

Analyze portion was very fast and the Merge phase took a few minutes. Merged more than a 1000 duplicates for me. A+.

also kept asking me to create backups and purchase upgrade. i ended up using another app. i added two stars since their tech support is outstanding.

I had contacts from several phones ago and an iPad. The app was able to clean them all up on both my phone and iPad.

So quick and easy, and the dups are gone, gone, gone. Thank you!
